4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
win3max is required under its PAGCOR license to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification. win3max may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
4.4 Account Updates
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your Account promptly via Account Settings. win3max is not liable for any loss arising from outdated Account information.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Own Funds Requirement
You may only deposit funds that you legitimately own. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorized third-party payment instruments, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6.4 Deposit Processing
GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one (1) business day. win3max is not liable for delays caused by your financial institution or e-wallet provider.
7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified. win3max may not process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed identity verification, or where there is an active compliance review.
7.2 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering (AML) requirement. win3max may request additional verification if withdrawing to a different payment method.
7.3 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours for verified Accounts under normal circumstances. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. win3max is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified Accounts in good standing, though win3max may conduct enhanced due diligence for unusually large withdrawal requests.
